Pricing: €11/m², which includes:

• Up to 10–15 renders per room (depending on the area, including artistic close-up angles)
• Modeling of custom furniture
• 1–3 days per room
• 4K resolution images
• Rooms smaller than 10 m² at a fixed price of €110
• 3 rounds of revisions (without changing the main concept or layout)
• Assistance in finding models and textures
• 3D pro models from my library

Additional Services:  

•Additional revision round: [10–30% of the room cost] (depending on complexity and number of changes) 

•Extra render / lighting option: one render with different lighting scenarios and accent placement — [€15 per render] 

•Top-down floor plan render (bird’s-eye view) — [€5 per render] 

•360° panorama — [€50 per render]

•Rooms smaller than 10 m² at a fixed price — [€110]

•Delivery of the scene to the designer as an archive — [50% of the project cost]
